Free Activities for Young People

YMCA East London’s Youth Service has a range of activities for young people, of all ages and abilities. If you are between 11–21 years of age then this is the service for you. We believe that all young people deserve the best possible start in life, to be inspired and to reach their full potential. Our Youth Service programmes and activities aim to achieve this by providing opportunities and support for young people.

If you are interested in hanging out in a safe place, meeting new people and taking part in a wide range of activities – then why not come down to our Youth Centre. We are always revising our activities to ensure that we have something for everyone. Those currently on offer are:

Shout Out to Our Jack Petchey Awardees for 2016!

We would like to show our appreciation and give a special ‘shout out’ to all the young people who have contributed to our successes and achievements across many of our projects, and as a result have become Jack Petchey Silver Level Awardees. These young people have undertaken tireless hours of commitment, effort and determination to overcome their own struggles and hardships to persevere in the midst of adversity, which has been truly amazing and we are indebted to you all.
