HR Officer (Payroll & HR Processes)

Based at: Corporate office, Surbiton
Hours of Work: Full time, 40 hours per week
Hourly Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

The YMCA LSW is a registered provider of Housing with a growing presence across South, South West and East London. The HR Department provides services for over 700 staff and 200 volunteers.  We are involved in all areas of HR work – supporting line managers in recruiting and inducting workers,  learning and development, payroll, queries and problem handling through to disciplinary and redundancy.

Job Purpose
To assist in the provision of a comprehensive HR service for the Association involving administration of payroll processing – new starters, changes, leavers, etc., plus Disclosure and Barring Service Checks, recruitment exercises,  support duties to the team as required. Assist with a range of duties to ensure smooth running of the HR services.

Salary
£20,000 to £25,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Hours of Work
40 hours per week, generally worked within office hours, Monday to Friday, subject to change.

Annual Leave
Commencing at 25 days per annum plus public holidays (for five day per week workers; otherwise pro-rata).
