Class costs:

  • free for H&W members
  • £3 Gym only members, except Fit 2 Box on Saturday which is £6.95 for Gym only members
  • £6.95 non-members, except Yoga on Wednesday which is £8.50
  • £2.00 for under 16 non-members for Women Only Self Defence Class on Friday
  • Classes run by DanceChloe Team have 5 free spaces available for FULL H&W members, otherwise £6 per class or £55 for 10 classes

 Class Descriptions

20,20,20: 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength , 20 minutes stretch.

Abs Blast: Abdominal workout, improving core strength and posture.

Bootcamp: This class is all about working hard, but sticking to your own pace and getting results in a circuit style workout.

Boxercise & Fit 2 Box: A high intensity non-contact workout using key boxing techniques, including focus pad work.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: A martial art, combat sport, and a self defence system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

Core Stability: Also known as holistic workouts, this class aims to improve flexibility, core strength and body conditioning. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen muscles and improve posture.

H.I.I.T. Workout: High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout.

Kick Boxercise: A high intensity non-contact workout using key kickboxing techniques, including focus pad work.

L.B.T.: This class is designed to target those stubborn areas that normal exercise does not get to, Legs! Bums! & Tums! The class is open to ladies and gentlemen and is suitable for beginners to advanced levels.

Omnia Circuit: Functional training class; high-intensity interval training multi station class.

Pilates: A Functional low impact exercise class; to correct physical imbalances; whilst improving posture and core stability

Pump & Tone: Non-impact resistance training class   using barbells and easily adjustable weights.

Spinning: This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

Women Only Self Defence: Great new female only class (open and suitable to all ages) that will not only get you fit and improve your functional strength, but you’ll also be learning vital techniques on how to defend yourself. Class is run by a qualified Self Defence Instructor – Steve Payne, who also has a strong background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Yoga: Can help to prevent illness by boosting the   immune system. Yoga also encourages relaxation and posture work can alleviate back pain as well as improving circulation.

Zumba: Creates a party like atmosphere that is incredibly fun, different, is so easy to follow, that anyone of any age can do it!
